I ordered mine november 21st and usps messes up the shipping, and it says it was remade and sent out on december 17th, but there are still no updates on the tracking since then, is there any information about it?
Hi, tracking information will not be available until the package reaches US Customs. It just so happens that with the recent Christmas, there may be no one to process the package, so there will be delays.
my package arrived, however instead of being in a "letter" like you described, all that arrived was a charging block and nothing else. was this supposed to happen, because this would be the second thing to go wrong it so. thank you for all the help throughout the process though.
